The above photo shows a set of Hutcshenreuther china, Selb Germany. This company founded in 1864 by Lorenz Hutcshenreuther used hard paste, the finest and most durable of porcelains. 
These 2 sterling silver spoons are made by Wallace Silver Co. , in the Grand Baroque pattern. Patented in 1941, they are still in production today.
